Short and sweet today as I have an appointment with my nutritionist at noon and need to get going. Oprah's show yesterday was on money and easy to understand. It had some good points (mainly get out of credit card debt, but don't cancel your cards) so if you are interested check out Oprah's website. Her show today is on relationships and sex....that should be interesting too. :o) I think that will conclude her Best Life week.
