Yesterday, I started to get out a couple of small trees to decorate and realized this white tree turned an awful shade of tobacco! It looks like it has spent several years in a smoking home and we don't smoke! My husband thinks that being stored in a plastic bag in the garage where the summer temperatures are over 100 degrees may be the problem. I don't know what is the problem only that I am disappointed! I tried to spray paint it, but it didn't seem to work. I do have another smaller white tree, but we just brought it over to the store to get it out of the way here as I didn't think I was going to use it this year! Weird huh?

Andre' champagne used it in the 1970's(maybe a bit before and after) for their holiday commercials and I think that is why I love it so much...nostalgia. I think I noticed that Walmart is using it this year and it is kinda disappointing to me.
